Q: Are all of Belgard products handmade?

A: Every product on our store catalog is handpicked, authentic, and handmade shipped straight from Japan.

Q: How long does an order take to arrive once ordered?

A: It takes 4 to 5 weeks for regular gear and 5 to 6 weeks for custom gear.

Q: I would like to process a return how would I go about this?

A: For all returns please contact orders@belgardbaseballusa.com. Please note all custom orders are unable to be refunded.
